Me And My Little Red Dress - 3

Me and my sister took my cousins little girl, Shelby, with us to the arboretum the other day, mainly to give me something else to shoot She was good the whole time, but is notorious for hating having her picture taken. She is one of those kids who gives that horrid fake smile when told too, and has to be bribed to get her photo taken.

Thankfully, my time at the portrait studio taught me all too well how to deal with this; I simply let her go play. You take a nice zoom lens, and a good bright area for the kid to play in, they will forget you are even there. Granted I was in a bummed out mood having lost my glasses that day (oh I wish I was kidding), so I didn't get any mind blowing shots, but I hope you like the 3 I got

This final one I had high hopes for, but some outside factors kept it being just perfect as I like my photos. One thing I am trying to do more around here, is keep myself from trashing something because one tiny detail no one else will ever see is off by just a hair. And yes that happens a lot, a whole lot... But once again i went with black and white for this photo, like the first. Her eyes again have a bit of blue added back in.
